Joe Kilpatrick, Mike Aud, and Gene Williams founded the firm in 1997 with a focus on Insurance Defense. These Attorneys worked together for more than a dozen years in the Anderson & Kilpatrick law firm defending civil lawsuits. A few years later in 2000, Mike Aud left the firm. In 2004, Richard Smith joined the firm after several years of clerking for Circuit Judge John Ward and at the Barber Law Firm.
